We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Orders may be refused or canceled if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in select pin codes) and Prepaid Services.
All payments must be made in full before the order is shipped (except COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–5 business days.
Deliveries are made through reputed courier partners.
Shipping charges may vary depending on location, product category, and weight.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for replacement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Replacements & Returns

Products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery, subject to product-specific policies.
To be eligible for replacement/return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or wrong products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product sent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, product images, trademarks, etc.) is the property of Zenova Alkahydro and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
